WHERE
WE SERVICE
Our service area is the greater Phoenix metro area all the way to the following outlying cities: East to Gold Canyon, South to Florence, Casa Grande, and Maricopa, West to Tonopah and Wickenburg, and North to Black Canyon City. Anything within these boundaries will not have a trip fee. We are willing to inspect outside of this service area, but a custom trip fee will be added.

My 10-day inspection period fell on Christmas week. I called a few places that family recommended and they are all booked up or just too busy because of the holidays. Asked my realtor and she recommended Upspect. I called Them Monday afternoon and they had my inspection set up for 8:00 the next morning, had my report by 10:30. Very helpful knowledgeable and friendly will definitely recommend.

Garett’s did an incredibly thorough job of explaining everything on the walkthrough of the house and was detailed about all the concerns that he had and even ranked them of three tiers of minor, moderate, and major to help determine what the most immediate fixes need to be on the new house. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to have a home inspected
