WE SERVICE
Our service area is the greater Phoenix metro area all the way to the following outlying cities: East to Gold Canyon, South to Florence, Casa Grande, and Maricopa, West to Tonopah and Wickenburg, and North to Black Canyon City. Anything within these boundaries will not have a trip fee. We are willing to inspect outside of this service area, but a custom trip fee will be added.

The whole process from beginning to end was great! All questions were answered. We were taken through the house and shown what was inspected and the condition of various things. The inspector was knowledgeable and friendly. Received the report when told and the price was reasonable. We would use Upspect Home Inspections again.
