Upspect

Annual plans

The inspection that keeps paying attention after closing day.

Most homes in the Valley never get looked at again after the purchase inspection. An Upspect annual plan puts a certified inspector back in your house once a year, on a schedule you never have to remember, at a price you lock in now.

How it works

Enroll once. We handle the calendar.

This is built for people who already had an Upspect inspection or water test and want it to happen again next year without thinking about it.

  1. Step 1

    Enroll

Tell us the property and the date of your last service. Your card is saved securely by Stripe; we never see the number.

  2. Step 2

    One charge a year

Your first payment lands on the date we show you at enrollment: today if you need service now, otherwise 30 days before your service anniversary. Every year after that, it renews on the anniversary of that first payment. You get a reminder email first.

  3. Step 3

    We reach out

Within 30 to 60 days of each payment, our scheduling team calls or texts to pick a day and sends the standard service agreement to sign.

  4. Step 4

    Visit and report

Your inspector does the visit and your report lands the same day, with last year’s findings for comparison.

Plan terms

The short version, in plain English.

Your first annual payment is charged on the date shown at enrollment: today if your service is due now, otherwise 30 days before the one-year anniversary of your last Upspect visit. You get a reminder email before any charge, and nothing is charged until that date.

After that, your plan renews on the anniversary of your first payment, once a year, at the price you enrolled at. Within 30 to 60 days of each payment our scheduling team reaches out to book your visit; enrollment reserves your plan, not a specific appointment date.

Cancel anytime from the link in your receipt. Cancel before the annual charge and nothing is owed. Cancel after the charge but before the visit and we refund it in full. After the visit, that year is non-refundable.

Each visit is performed under the Upspect service agreement you sign at booking, the same as any inspection. Pricing is locked for the plan year; we give at least 30 days notice before any change.

Already enrolled? Manage your plan to update your card, see receipts or cancel. Questions: call or text (602) 345-1634. Plans are subject to the Upspect terms of service.
