Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I book only a pool inspection?

No. Pool & Spa Inspection is intentionally offered only as an add-on to a qualifying inspection.

What access should I arrange?

Provide access details for the pool or spa and its equipment when booking. Tell the team about locked gates, equipment that is shut down, or known access restrictions before the visit so the inspection scope can be confirmed.

What will I receive, and what are the limits?

Findings appear with the inspection report. This is a focused review of visible, accessible components and operation within the agreed scope, not a guarantee of future performance or a review of concealed conditions. Areas that cannot be inspected are documented as limitations, not treated as inspected.

What if equipment or an area is inaccessible?

Let Upspect know before the appointment when possible. Access and operating conditions affect what can be reviewed; discuss the limitation with the team rather than assuming the equipment has been checked. See Pricing for current add-on and extra-equipment rates.
